Phyrexian Altar would fit in there somewhere; as well as Ajani's Welcome enchantment for one white mana and Divine Visitation is another for 3 colorless and two white mana.

Thanks for the suggestions. I can't disagree with the Altar on any but cost and availability grounds. Instead, I have a mortgage and kids...

I normally avoid life gain for the sake of it, but one thing which struck me is the weakness of aggro token decks in multiplayer. I toyed with Havoc Festival to beat down life totals and Authority of the Consuls for similar effect, but the life cushion the Welcome brings could be really good for soaking attacks after I turn everything sideways.

Visitation is high on my desire list. I have a couple of white token decks (particularly new Teysa) and it would clearly go in. I would rather have it than (or as well perhaps) as Devout Invocation, I just don't own it at the moment.

Thanks for looking it over and the suggestions.
