Anyway, you get the jist. It's as functional as the Parliament. Please suggest cards, they don't really need that many petitioners. The civil servants are currently afraid the petitioners might actually change something.

Should I break the deck into several sections? One for House of Lords and one for each major party (conservatives, democrats, labour, SNP and maybe that one single hippie in the Green Party)? That way I could also address Brexit by adding a section devoted to voting (which to be fair probably contains a single card: Leave // Chance). There's also a slim chance that increasing the card pool could let me eliminate all other colours besides White, Blue and Red (as in Union Jack). If I do that then I have no idea what the commander should be. None of the Jeskai legendaries strike me as a speaker... Unless Ruhan's maul is reminiscent enough of a gavel of sorts.

EDIT: Actually, reducing to just three colours carries a huge risk: the deck may actually become functional on some level.
