What about Feat of Resistance and Stand Firm? Both would work very great with feather.

Nice idea!
Feat of resistance would be a pretty cool 'counter' spell if something is going to kill your creatures.
The scrying of Stand firm is a nice addon, too.
But what would you remove for them?

uff.. the cuts are a damn good question. I only play EDH. ^^"

Hmm.. cut all Gird for Battle, 1 Tethmos High Priest and 1 Defiant Strike, and add 3 copies of both new spells.
Grid of Battle is nice, but I think both new spells help you more, besides that, its only a sorcery. Since you've got "only" 8 targets for Tethmos High Priest, I don't think its that important to play 4 copies of it. And Defiant Strike, well its situational, but the scry 2 from Stand Firm seems a little better, since you can influence your next draw.
