with swirl the mists and pentarch paladin. will pentarch paladin color choise change? if you would play pentarch paladin and choose blue. then play swirl the mists choose red does it then change the paladin?

No.  Swirl the Mists will not change the choice made for Pentarch Paladin.  Swirl the Mists changes color words.  In Magic (non-Silver border) there are only five color words - white, blue, black, red, green.  "Chosen color" is not one of the defined color words.
