Wojek Siren just seems like a worse Charge

MonteTribal it's actually the same in this deck, but the former triggers Heroic.
Also this deck does not have any heroic cards in it so it's really the same, but I just felt like pointing it out.

No, Wojek Siren is twice better than Charge. Target creature like Boros Recruit and both red and white creatures get +1/+1, but red-white creatures get +2/+2. I might be wrong, but I think it works like that

let's say that there's 2 Boros Recruit's on the battlefield. you cast a Wojek Siren targeting one of them. since the other Boros Recruit share's a color with the targeted one, it gets +1/+1 and that's it.
