So... a lot of people mocking this card, saying how weak it is... I think it will be the next banned card. A potential turn 3 drop, repeatable one sided board wipe, that demands an answer some colors really don't have... that lets every other attacker go through unchecked... Yeah, I can see this getting out of hand quickly.
Answers in red don't really work well against 6 toughness. That would mean two or three burn spells to take out one card that can attack by turn 4. Not good for red players.
Answers in blue are countering it, and barring that bouncing it in order to counter it. Which means going first, hitting every land drop and doing nothing turn 3 or having to survive two attacks from this monster until turn five at least...
White might get lucky with an
exile effect in hand that -might- be able to target it (such as
Giant Killer's Chop Down adventure).
Green at least has Deathtouch creatures to make it a one time board wipe. And green has the ramp and big creatures to challenge it.
Black has the easiest time handling this beast with kill spells and death touch.
All things considered, I think
Nessian Boar was not well reviewed, even with giving your opponent card draw for each creature blocking it.
