Opinions on Dark Betrayal vs Liliana's Defeat? Instant vs sorcery with conditional upside for planeswalkers?

With control-based decks I feel that reactiveness of Dark Betrayal provides a greater upside than the ability for Liliana's Defeat to hit black planeswalkers, which barely see any play in the format, especially at a time when the format is so well-dominated by aggro and tempo decks.
