33 or 34 lands is what i typically use for a commander deck and i haven't had issues with that standard. And since the deck has some good ramp and cost reduction, I'd say you're more than good on that front. Looks like a very fun deck, just wish I could afford it lol!

I never go below 36, and going to 36 in itself need a reason. Your average isnt THAT low and the deck is no cheerios combo deck that wants to go off once jhoira hits.. so I wouldnt go that low. But you can tet it like that and pay close ttentio to learn for yourself.
