U/W Splicer Control(ish)

I'm working on my new U/W Splicer Control deck and I'm looking for advice / reviews / constructive criticism.

I've recently won a private mtg tournament with this deck (went 4-0-0), had 2 matchups against burn type decks and holy shit- the Sanctifier and StP saved my life more than once with their "heal" abilites.

Removed 2 Halimar Depths and added 2 Islands because most of the time I've found myself having 3 cards (in the worst case 3 lands) on the top of my library that I did not need.

Still- I'd appreciate someone elses thoughts on my deck.
