You know, when you have three cards that have Dovin Baan on them, maybe it's time to think about whose side you're really on.

Definitely why it's in there. The whole deck is basically crafted to play off the Hippocamp and the Naiad of Hidden Coves.

As to why Raff is hanging out with these folks... well, Narset's there too. She's good people.
