If you are using Umori, the Collector as companion. you cant. Umori is Golgari, not Rakdos

You are technically correct, but as always in commander you can Rule 0 anything if the people you play with think it is fine. This deck is not very strong in most rounds so Umori is fine and not too out of spirit for it as well as a cool and unique card that doesn't see much play so showing it off is fun.
