I love the inclusion of off-meta cards like Johan, but a lot of your creatures have "on cast" abilities that won't be triggered by Mayael, and there's not a lot of ramp here to cast these big bois from your hand.

thanks for the feedback - this was my fist EDH deck, and I'm aware it can be a little slow. I'll look at tweaking it to increase the amount of ramp, and swapping out the 'on cast' to just ETB effects.   :)
