Probably remove Clout of the Dominus. Most of your targets for enchantment you have to sacrifice anyway, and anything that you're not sacrificing would cease to be affected by Tetsuko's "unblockable" ability when it was enchanted. On top of that, you're pretty much getting one more damage in at max, so something like shock would be much more useful to you, and all your red creatures already have haste. There are too few useful targets to justify keeping it in, in my opinion.

Same goes for Cloak and Dagger. Swapping out these cards for useful instants to remove opponents' available defences or deal those last few points of damage (Lightning Bolt / Strike, Shock, Sure Strike, and cards like them). An especially good card would be Kazuul's Cliffs. Acts as a land early game, and can be played as a Fling in the late.

And Elixir of Immortality? Wouldn't you say dealing 5 damage to an opponent is more valuable to you than gaining 5 life? If you can kill your opponent quickly, you won't have to worry about lifegain. Otherwise, this looks like a pretty cool deck. With a few adjustments, I think it could become pretty competitive.
