I don't play cEdh, so I am far from any kind of authority on it, but I will give some pointers that I have seen....

NO tapped lands and More Dual Lands (Scrubland, Godless Shrine, Agadeem's Awakening, Emeria's Call, Fetid Heath, Isolated Chapel, Vault of Champions, Caves of Koilos, Tainted Field, Brightclimb Pathway, Silent Clearing, Marsh Flats, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Cabal Coffers, Shinedown Snarl)
More fast mana (Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Dark Ritual, Phyrexian Altar, Ashnod's Altar)
Good & quick Tutors (Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Profane Tutor, Diabolic Intent, Enlightened Tutor)
Take out all your creatures, add about 30 Shadowborn Apostles, Add a Thrumming Stone, Add a Bontu's Monument, Add Remembrance, Add an Edgewalker, and a Gray, Merchant of Asphodel, and a couple of the real nasty demons like Archfiend of Despair, Sower of Discord and Razaketh, the Foulblooded)
Add a Grave Pact to partner up with your Dictate of Erebos, don't play both at same time, keep one handy for a wipe you can cast out the other one.  Also Teferi's Protection to save against 1 wipe
Add an Exsanguinate to go with your Tendrils of Agony (this should win you the game with your apostles anyway)
Sac Outlets and payoff triggers (Bastion of Remembrance, Skullclamp, Zulaport Cutthroat, Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Village Rites, Plumb the Forbidden, Taborox, Hope's Demise)
Infinite Combos (Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood)

I think that should more or less get you to a top tier... not sure about cEdh, but a really good deck

A quick google search found this Athreos list using Shadowborn Apostle: https://www.moxfield.com/decks/CyNmRBNAwkCHcZHrJLOXzQ.

It's a bit pricey like most cEDH decks, but people are usually open to proxies.

Key takeaways from the google list and cEDH in general:
-Like Fuzzy2Wasy said, you want to have no lands that enter tapped. Dual lands are basically a must, even in two colors.
-Having fast mana like Mana Crypt and things like Mox Diamond is very important to ramping outside of green.
-Tutors are a great inclusion, though I probably wouldn't run Profane Tutor in cEDH. It seems too slow, though I could be mistaken.
-Try to avoid having any high mana card that you can't cheat out or doesn't win you the game. Razaketh, the Foulblooded is good with Shadowborn Apostle because it can come out for free. All of the big 4+ mana value cards in your deck would be too slow to run in cEDH, and cards like Diabolic Tutor that have strictly better alternatives (Demonic Tutor) should be replaced by their better versions or removed.
-Cards that don't specifically help you win or stop your opponents' probable game plans should be cut. Despark isn't necessarily a bad card, but it would be mostly useless in cEDH. Same with Eyes of the Beholder. Sure it gets around indestructible for 4BB, but so does Swords to Plowshares for W. Also, cards like Ensnaring Bridge aren't likely to be much help, since you'd basically have to be top decking to get much use out of them most of the time.
-Try to avoid slow value cards like Palace Siege. They often cost too much mana and give you too little in return for competitive play.

Some of the other forum members like Morganator 2.0 will be able to give you a better idea of what to include or not, but this should help get you started.

Reduce your lands between 28-32 cards and add ~10 mana artifact cards like Fellwar Stone, Mind Stone, Gold Myr, Ornithopter of Paradise etc. to make sure you maximize your early mana ramp and also have usefull early game blockers. You have lots of awesome big mana spells, but they are very hard to cast and makes you tap out until your next turn which can turn to be deadly if you turn out to just be ”goldfish” in opponents’ turns.
Playing 33 Shadowborn Apostle s with Thrumming Stone and with your commande is kind of long combo line tho, but its explosive synergy and maybe one of the best tactics which you could play when you learn it and add spicies around it.

Here you can find what cards other players are playing!
And when you switch to expensive it usually equals to top tier decks.
