I am not very familiar with lotus field decks and I am wondering, how do they win?

The idea is to generate a very big ammount of mana thanks to the Lotus Field with 3 key cards:

• Vizier of Tumbling Sands by ciclyng. Any time you cycle it using a Lotus Field you gain 1 mana to the pool because you untap one permanent
• Hidden Strings gives you 4 mana untapping two Lotus Field
• Pore Over the pages gives you 1 mana untapping two Lotus Field and it allows you to draw one three cards

The rest of the cards allows you to reach the wincon, that is usually in your sideboard. Depending on the deck, it could be Approach of the Second Sun, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, Thassa's Oracle, etc.

The deck mentioned doesn't have Omniscience. That configuration works with Peer Into the Abbys and Fae of Whishes. The deck on this posts works with Wish, using more red mana than Black.
