Changes to some cards as needed more utility.
Warstorm Surge removed as it is too situational and high-ish CMC
Tilonalli's Skinshifter removed as it often down't have non-legendary targets in my deck/pods
added some better ramp/mana options
Swiftfoot boots added as gettting the commander to attack the turn it is played is nice
