Thanks, I didn't know about that card and was probably going to ask Reddit for feedback.  I've never played a game of pauper before so this was my first crack at a functional deck, I have no idea if what I have would be considered a 1/10 or 5/10 power level or what.

If I ever make this deck Harmonic Prodigy seems like an auto insert if I move it from mono green land base back to G/R.  Thanks again <3

How do you play a rare creature in a pauper deck?

I am sorry I did not realize this deck was in pauper, you cannot use him unless he has a version not in rare. Which I do not think he does.
