Yes technically it's set it as a combo deck which is straight forward. And things could be adjusted as needed but I just like to upload the ideas so I dont forget them as well as others can try and or improve apon. Its idea is if you can loop you win the game more like a catch off guard deck, probably is not reliable enough for competition but still funny to make happen.

Easy to spot improvement - Replace Llanowar Elves and Avacyn's Pilgrim with Birds of Paradise and Noble Hierarch

Yes you can I left as those to lower relative cost to make it cheaper as the budget issue. I use to never add shock or fetch lands to the list but the past 2 years there prices have lowered drastically.

I am experimenting with a Persist Combo Deck myself. What do you think regarding a more creature focus? I play Viscera Seer and Varolz as sac outlets and Murderous Redcap / Blood Artist to win the Game.
Also i play a lot of Tutors to make the deck consistent. Cards like Eladamris Call, Chord of Calling or Eldritch Evolution.
And Ranger-Captain of Eos to help getting the combo through.

Well I looked at the combo and functional game play a while back. And yes it is a viable deck and can have very consistent game play. The only issue is a lot of double same color costs and that makes it hard to get the kill off. I'd say your best thing is removing a color either white or green. Black has Yahenni, Undying Partisan to remove the green from varolz then you need Vizier of Remedies to create infinite off of redcap, also run elas il-kor, sadistic Pilgrim and still have your blood artist and viscera seer. Or cut white and add melira, sylvok outcast. This way your removing those negatives. You could also use good fortune unicorn,  or metallic mimic..... which just accrued to me at he is a great combo with red cap in curve.... to make grixis persist.... new deck coming lol
