Wondering which commander deck is best for "choose to lose"?

One of old time favorites decks I seen, is a "choose to lose" modern deck.

It had Vexing Devil, Blazing Salvo, Lava Blister, Molten Influence, Skullscorch, Breaking Point, Choice of Damnations, and Killing Wave. (also Dash Hopes)

If there was an EDH version of this deck....

I have actually build a deck in that style around Braids, Arisen Nightmare and it is my absolute fave! While you unfortunately can't play the red cards you listed with her, she provides a really tough choice herself!

Another commander that comes to mind in that vein would be Mogis, God of Slaughter.

Yeah,....

Hopefully in the next decade maybe, we will see more cards that let opponents choose.

Which was the whole point of the Rakdos Deck.

You force your opponents to choose to lose.

I don't think this is truely possible in EDH for Rakdos yet.
