No Scrolling in Deck-Editor

Hi there, since yesterday i have a problem where i am not able to scroll through the Deck while editing the list.
I cant use the Mouse-Wheel, nor manually slide the scrolling bar on the right hand side, since it doesnt appear anymore.
I'm using Firefox and i hadn't had this issue before.

Is this a new Bug, or did i accidentally activated some wort of scroll-lock?

I have a similar problem on my mobile app.  While in deck editor and you collapse the card database section, the deck section remains below a large blank area where the database used to be.   Scrolling is limited to just the bottom third of the screen, and the database section is no locked while collapsed.  Very recent phenomenon
