I wold put in frenzied goblin since it"s a goblin deck and goblin usually dont have lots of power. You can use frenzied goblin to help prevent your opponent from blocking and destroying your goblins.

another good goblin creature is goblin rabblemaster if you read his effect. He would be a must have in goblin decks but it is a 15 dollar card so that is the downside on it. But it still is a very good card.

also since your doing mono red goblins i would cut the land count to 18 or 20 mountains.
