sanguine blood and exquisite blood together... i'm in doubt

does it stacks forever?

win hp +5
sanguine blood makes opponent -5 hp
exquisite blood makes you +5 hp
over and over again

sanguine bond and exquisite blood are a combo, and unblockable creatures are a good way to trigger it.

However, I wouldn't consider this a budget deck when you have a playset of cryptic command... that card really isn't cheap o.O
