I made my own version of the deck, slipping in red so I can play Izzet for Origins. It's very powerful, and can avoid most removal quite well. I am working on getting that third Dig Through Time for it, and I am really looking forward to the new Spell Mastery mechanic, so that I can properly use red effectively. I plan on three Jace, Vyrn's Prodigy and three Chandra, Fire of Kaladesh. Jace really helps the deck, giving it more win cons, and Chandra is just dumb. I recommend this kind of deck, because--at least for now--it is pretty much budget, it is powerful and it is fun to play.

Totally works with the rest of your combo.
Mill can help get rid of potential threats.
Also a good target for the ensoul artifacts

is a wrong idea that with this card you also get a full grinding effect of opponent deck? if so, it is a second combo devastating with Zephyr Scribe + Retraction Helix + Altar of the Brood !!

Am I the only one not making a copy of this deck? Way too many people can't seem to understand how to keep their deck duping private. Makes searching for new Mono Blue Combo decks a hassle when they all turn out the same.
