I recommend playing Surrak, the Hunt Caller or Concordant Crossroads, as there is nothing else in green, that will give your creatures haste.

According to the distribution of the colors in your deck I wouldn't play 8 mountains and Forests each. Only 1 quarter of it is green. I would replace 3 Forests with 3 Mountains,

Put Equipments on Kalemne, having some additional Combat Phases and 'abuse' the effect of "double strike" and making it easier of Kalemne to deal Combat damage to a Player.
