Not sure if that is defined format people usually search for, so it is probably left out of the options. As far as I know, the best way to find those style of decks are by looking up

• 'Old School Commander', or '93-94 EDH'
• Block Constructed decks from those older sets
• Extended decks from 2006 and earlier

Also can't say I'm too fond of the Infect hydra. It's big, yeah. But it slowly kills itself by getting chump blocked all day. I think Honored Hydra might be a better fit. It's a little more expensive mana wise, but it has trample and embalm for some nice value.

As for a pauper variant: Mana dorks, Commune with Nature, Vines of Vastwood.
Top end options: Aurochs Herd, Hooting Mandrills, Bitterbow Sharpshooters. Maybe regular Aurochs too?

This looks all over the place. I see the enchantment theme, but it just doesn't have much focus.

Arcane Melee feels very out of place.  I get that it makes Enduring Ideal cheaper, but it does nothing else for you.

Harmonize? Fits in the curve below the 5 drops.

There is also Commune with Nature and Lead the Stampede, which dig deeper but gains you less cards

Mother of Runes and Humble are not Modern legal.

Champion of the Parish and Thalia's Lieutenant are probably the best cards for mono white humans. One grows the team and both grow just because of the team. I'd max out at 4 of each.

Caravan Escort really is a terrible card. It's slow, eats a lot mana with no real changes, and the end result is pretty lackluster. Student of Warefare is a better option, as 2 mana into it gets a 3/3 first strike.

Evangel is probably too slow for the aggro plan.
