I'd add some expedition maps or sylvan scryings in order to get the eye of ugin faster. Also you might find useful maxing abundant growth in order to draw more cards

Maybe some good ol' aoe removal like Condemn as sideboard, or something against decks that don't play many creatures, like a grind

If you want to save some cash, you can change those hierarchs for birds of paradise and/or sylvan caryatid.
