Izzet Delver Burn

Get cheap early licks in with delver and fiend; manipulate the topdeck with brainstorm, serum visions & magma jet to cast Thunderous Wrath for its miracle cost or use erratic Explosion on Thunderous Wrath or Wretched Gryff when you know its the topdeck. Close out with value burn basically.

It wa a hard choice, but in the end it's a passive card. It only works if your opponent does something and you have the mana available.
