I think you're right, since you don't have many lands i think probably the best idea to make your deck consistent is cutting 4 and 5 cmc cards from your deck and adding colected company and tutors like chord of calling or the 1 mana one you already have in order to just go search Rosie and Scurry Oak, at the end of the day you just need those two creatures to combo

Imo i would cut 2 sundering growth, 1 nissa and 1 saryth since they're not good coco targets, i also would consider adding chord of calling as a instant speed tutor for key pieces, maybe cutting some more noncreature spells of the deck, but that's optional

Wouldn't collected company be a good addition to this deck? Since the main pieces of the combo are creatures with cmc 3 or less and coco allows to combo at instant speed
