A few things are wrong with the deck;
- Your curve is way too high, you're playing one thing on turn three most times and then not even doing anything again until turn 4-5.

Mechanized Production is a good card, but maybe move it to sideboard to pull in against control for alternate wins. It's not exactly what you're going for in the deck
- Your lands and mana base are way off, you need double black pretty quick, where as the hands I'm getting aren't even getting that when you need it.
- I see what you're wanting to do with
Ruins of Oran-Rief, but the current standard is way to fast for you to make practical use for it. Or you're playing it turn one and not really getting any value out of it because it enters tapped. That's another problem with it, it enters tapped and yet gives no color.
- Most of the time
Foreboding Ruins is going to enter tapped which slows the deck down further.
- Being in standard when
Chief of the Foundry was around, I can see it's usefulness but it isn't exactly the card you need at that spot.
