Maybe Cut Sigarda's Aid and play Ranger-Captain of Eos? Referi, Time Raveler is also a dirty piece of shit with Spell Queller. It would forbid the oppoent from casting the exiled card.

This definitly looks like and interesting take. Teferi, Time Reveler and Spell Queller look like an interesting bit of interaction, especially with the Restoration Angel bounce.

Wouldn't it make sense to play Sword of Feast and Famine and Sword of War and Peace in the SB?

Force of Vigor might be good for the deck. It would buff your rather small creatures, is a combat trick and you have enough white cards to fuel it profitably. Squadron Hawk and the like are very good at that.
