Deck Reviews / Advice for my deck

I am a new player to MTG and I wanted to make my first deck from scratch. I have basic knowledge of the game's fundamentals as I have played it before using decks that were loaned to me by friends.

The win-con of this deck is to get out Hangarback Walker early (turn 2 or 3), pump it full of +1/+1 counters, and then kill it to flood the board with 1/1 fliers (or give it trample with Bramblewood paragon and have it run over everything if I cant find a way to kill it)

I have several counterspells and negates to protect Hangarback Walker as well as some ways to remove creatures from the board.

If anyone has any suggestions for cards I could add and which cards I don't need I would really appreciate the advice, thanks!
(I would like to keep the deck below 50$ if possible)
