Fraying Sanity + Traumatize is all you need to win in a mill deck. The rest is just accessory.
Honorable mentions:

The deck already has a version of Traumatize in Maddening Cacophony. It costs 1 more but also isn't a dead draw if I draw it early. Merfolk Secretkeeper // Venture Deeper nearly made the cut but I like my walls big and able to block flying. I have the same issuess with Wall of Lost Thoughts. I think I 've enough creatures at this point.

Into the Story is very interesting. I've been looking for decent draw effects for this deck. This 1 may just make the cut so thanks for the suggestion.

Wall up your side of the field. Watch your opponent become increasingly frustrated as their deck disappears.

Was having trouble getting mutate creatures out. Had lots of setup and not enough payoffs. That has hopefully been fixed now.

Initially I wanted cheap equipment with maybe a single keyword or as a way to pump the board but this simply wasn't working. I've kept the relatively low cost approach but have gone for equipment that should hit the opponent hard.

seeing the deck has lots of flash and a decent amount of removal prompted me to add wilderness reclamation for potential ambushes. it also lessens the potential land coming in tapped impact the deck may have.

Smash face with big stompy creatures. if they die they you can get them back with Relentless Dead. Failing that there's always Brokkos, Apex of Forever.

Cool deck. I don't get Pendelhaven though as it looses its advantage almost immediately. You'd be better off with something like Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for devotion ramp to power out your creatures. Joraga Warcaller is also pretty nuts if you have enough mana lying around.

Made a few major changes in an attempt to make mana production and draw power more consistent. I also found a new win con friend in the form of Nadir Kraken who can both help me go big and wide if needed.

This is pretty cool. I like it.

Other cards you could add to enhance the whole "Sprite Dragon" gameplay are Pyroceratops, Spellgorger Weird, and - most importantly - The Ozolith.
I find that this kind of deck that relies on counter buildup as a win con is really susceptible to Flicker or Unsummon type spells, as they wipe the counters. The Ozolith can compete with these, letting you simply plop the counters back onto another creature.

(I hope this is useful, though it's just a suggestion.)

I'm glad you like it:) As for your suggestions for Pyroceratops and Spellgorger Weird: Tthe advantage Sprite Dragon has over them is it's cheap (CMC wise) and has haste. Ideally you'd drop him at the start of the turn and the go off with your storm combo so he racks up several counters and attacks before your opponent can respond They may be a good backup though so I'll consider them. As for The Ozolith it could be useful from time to time but only Sprite Dragon is gaining counters atm so most of the time it wouldn't do anything. If I add more counter creature then it has a good chance of making the cut.

An attempt at making my first storm deck. I wanted to find a way to incorporate Sprite Dragon and have it grow massive as you cast a ton of spells and this is what I came up with:)
