I do like this but I do wonder what could be in the 1cmc range to give it a smoother curve... Maybe some bolts? Path to exile might have anti-synergy...

I know it may be a bit expensive but Vedalken Shackles would have some fun in this deck... :)

Definitely temur battle rage... It instantly makes nivix cyclops into a 4/4 double strike with trample. If you cast another of your spells it turns into a pretty crazy 7/4 double strike with trample... Maybe mutagenic growth as well... Then mutagenic growth plus TBS = 9/6 DS Tranple? That's game over! For 2cmc & 2 life!

Hi, I like the deck. Nice variant on Birthing Pod however, you say Infinite Mill loop but I'm not sure where the mill comes in. It could be combined the with another deck = Altar of the brood, Heartless Summoning, 2x Myr retriever and shred memory for tutelage (and against mirror matches)... Going GB seems a bit all in. The infinite mill of Heartless Myrs tends to be UB but GB could be interesting if you fog maybe.. Could bitter ordeal in this deck as well but I guess but that might be too conditional, maybe with more persist creatures? Nice work already though, looks fun! Thanks,

I've found Nivix Cyclops instead of Wee dragonauts to be better as Cyclops can't be bolted and generally sticks around longer, plus with Temur Battle Rage either Cyclops or Kiln Fiend get double strike and trample if they are the only creature on the battle field, whereas Dragonauts doesn't. I tried it with Dragonauts as I probably thought the same as you but it just wasn't powerful enough.  :'(

Saw your post on a forum about this... People will probably say you'll need to get all different cards and basically tear this deck apart as 'janky', meaning thrown together without synergy. Your best bet is to stick to having a 60 card deck (don't bother with sideboard to begin with) with the general rule of 24 land 24 creatures and 12 spells with a low mana curve so you can actually play your beasties - then play it a bunch and if you think "oh no this card again" when you're drawing just replace it with one that makes you think "you're gonna die". Lol

Most important is to play with it and have fun. Learning the different ways of playing with the cards is often more fun than losing so don't worry about trying to be too good too soon (otherwise maybe you'll spend too much money too soon lol). Good luck!

Hi, more often than not Bile Blight and Urge to Feed wouldn't be able to get rid of a goyf on their own, so maybe more victim of night/ultimate price instead (though Ultimate price can't touch siege rhino... So maybe just Victim of Night)? Plus you have a lot of token hate in bile blight and virulent swipe... Maybe Ratchet Bomb would be more effective against tokens as it can also hate out affinity (and also enchantments which mono black struggles with)... Just from personal XP! :) Regards,
