It looks well-constructed to me. Incredibly expensive, but well-constructed.
For removal, I'd sub out "Sudden Edict" for something else. Split-second is the-mazing, but you're letting your opponent choose their sacrifice creature, and that doesn't feel good sometimes.
I'd consider "Door of Destinies" in lieu of one of your acceleration cards. That's... about all I've got off the top of my head.
This is a very expensive way to smack your soon-to-be-former friends around. I could think of less expensive ways to end friendships, but you do you, man.
