Thank you for your suggestion, but I have a already tight budget and do not want to spend too much money for lands.

Any further ideas?

Is one card per legendary sufficient?

Blue White Wizard Copy

The idea is to copy counter spells and get tokens with Talrand and card draw through copying.

It should contain some decent card draw.

Lands are only standard ones except the 5 already listed.
