 - Restricted in Vintage (Type 1)
 - Legal in Legacy (Type 1.5)
 - Banned in Extended (Type 1.X)
 - Legal in Classic (MTGO)
 - Legal in Commander
 - Banned in Modern

Prophet of Kruphix is only banned in commander.

Creatureless variation is pretty strong on mtgo, too by countering the removal and minimize the interaction.

I am pretty sure! C11 means common rarity 11.
"Commons 9 are C5 and 16 are C4. Additionally the Arabian Nights Mountain is C1 and Desert is C11." - Quote Wikipedia.
So Desert is legal and allowed to play.
