Rakdos is the demonic parun and guildmaster of the Cult of Rakdos on Ravnica. He spends most of his time slumbering in a lava pit located in Rix Maadi. He was given responsibility of a guild by the Guildpact in an effort to bind him to a greater purpose, or at the very least keep him busy enough that he would be less of a problem for the other guildmasters.

Is just about the power level. You are comparing the 3cmc curve with t3feri or archmage's charm to Elite Spellbinder. Deck is full of answers that's why you run about 8 counterspells + the teferi and jace bouncers. Is not a bad choice but at the time you cast it, oponent should've more than enough mana to get it through and if you are casting it early it just gets removed so easly.
