I would sub the cycle lands with sth like Renegade Tactics/Crash Through/Needle Drop. You don't want tapped lands in a burn, do you? So you'd cycle them anyway.

If I'm not missing anything your Evolving Wilds will thin out your deck but also make you much much slower.
