Proliferate on planeswalkers and try to finish with Karn's or Jace's last ability

Thanks for the suggestions. I just bought more lands that enter untapped and i want to add two more aether hub and also i want to change some creature with aether poisoner to get more energy and to have more creatures with deathtouch. What do you think about it?

Discard life

The point of this deck is to force opponent to discard cards and lose life points thanks to Raider's Wake enchantment and Angrath first ability. Also i try to destroy opponent's creatures.
