The deck looks pretty good. If anything, I would use less lands considering it's monoblack and the highest casting cost of a card is three (bestow aside).

Maybe try?:

-2 Swamp
+1 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth
+1 Ulcerate

Quick tourney report: Played a daily event at my LCS. The deck went 3-1, beating UWr Control, Mono-Blue (winning game 3 on a mull to 4, drew godly) and UW Heroic and losing to Rabble Red. The Rabble Red matchup seems very poor.

You want to get to five or six lands so that you can play a creature and mogis marauder on the same turn for the alpha strike. Herald of Torment is easily the best card in the deck. Don't forget you can bestow on your opponent's creatures; I did it twice (once bestowed a Scarhide on a Ram to prevent it from blocking and the other time to get back a domesticated herald).
