Issue Preordering War of the Spark Cards

Hello Everyone!

I am trying to preorder myself a Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God for my lovely Bolas Tribal deck that I had to make. I've preordered Bolas's Citadel, but Nicol Bolas simply isn't on TCGPlayer to preorder. Does anyone know why?

The new nicol bolas hasnt been officially spoiled by wotc yet (only an unofficial leak). After they actually spoil him he should be on tcg soon after
