Not sure if you're aware, but Partner only lets you have 2 generals at most. If you want another, you can always go the Companion route, which limits what you can put into your deck but lets you do roughly the same thing.

The goal of the list is to be able to choose 2 colors and smash them together and create a different deck every play session. 2 groups of 40, one for each color, and the group of core 20 cards make 100. It would be like 10 decks in one.
