Are you trying to play with cards you own (ie making it affordable?) because there are alot of cards I would cut.

What format are you wanting to play this in? Or is this just for fun?

I've never heard of a viable vampire tribal but why not haha..

I already bought the cads for about $65 dollars ( I already had a few, plus I was not looking for foils or new condition cards). Although I have only used it against myself ( I am very new to MTG), I found that it could win many different ways. As for format I never really had anything in mind, so I guess it would be in the causal format?
