This deck tries to make life gain to its advantage

Hunted Witness - A 1/1 that can replace itself with a lifelinking body, making it more resilient to removal.

Healer's Hawk - Evasive lifelinking 1-drop, good at life gain combos early in the game, even though it may feel weak late game.

Leonin Vanguard - Maybe the weakest of the 1-drops, but great at incidental life gain for value during board stalls.

Ajani Pridemate - One of the biggest lifegain payoffs, can quickly grow too big if not killed early enough. Still can easily die to a lot of removal.

Adanto Vanguard - Also a payoff, albeit in the another direction. This is the one that is actually hard to kill. An aggressive 2-drop this deck is really needing.

Benalish Marshall - Since only one land does not produce white mana, there is little reason not to play it in a creature heavy deck. Growing dinky 1-drops can be important at times.

Resplendent Angel - Despite a lot of lifegain, the ability to generate angels is often very hard to achieve. But as an evasive body that can use mana sink for late game is good, but not too many copies.

Lyra Dawnbringer - Top end of the curve, can make red and green deck quite miserable and pump other angels in the deck.

Legion's landing - Even though not a token deck, an option to get a token producing land can be important at times. With some resilient creatures it is achievable.

Fountain of Renewal - Incidental lifegain, even though it may not look good at first glance, can buy a lot of time and works well with other cards and can be cycled away if not needed.

Dawn of Hope - One of the cards that make this deck viable, it can generate insane amount of value, from cards to tokens, but it is very mana intensive.

Ajani, Adversary of Tyrants - Can grow the team, particularly small 1-drops or vanguard, but most importantly can bring important 2-drop back to life.

Ixalan' Binding - A catch all removal to get rid of problematic permanents forever, since there is only little removal mainboard

Manabase - 23 lands in total, while the curve is low, there are many mana intensive cards, especially after sideboard. Monocolor can afford a copy of Field of Ruin even with WWW cards.

Sideboard:

Baffling End - This can be as well Seal away, can get rid of smaller problematic creatures.

Shield Mare - Despite all life gain, the deck still has problems against red aggressive and removal heavy decks so this can help gain some time.

Invoke the Divine - A disenchant that gives 4 life for 1 more mana, which is okay for this deck

Shalai, Voice of Plenty - Can defend the board against small removal or spells affecting players like settle.

Cleansing Nova - Sometimes you need to take a more control approach, and with witness and vanguard you do not even lose much, especially if you have token generators on the field.

Along that there is additional copy of Lyra against red decks and more bindings against walker heavy decks

Other:

I was thinking about Diamond mare, but the card eventually felt too passive, 1 life when casting spells rarely worked with pridemate or dawn. Settle the wreckage was also an option, but I preferred to resort to other, non 4 mana removal, because the deck is mostly sorcery speed.
