Strategy
Play [[Pako, Arcane Retriever]] on turn 3, or, even better, on turns 1 or 2. Utilize the commander's ability to generate an enormous amount of card advantage and drown opponents, eventually winning via combat damage or an infinite turns combo.
Combos
[[Seasons Past]] can get back a tutor and and extra turn spell. Then you can cast the extra turn spell and tutor [[Seasons Past]] back to your hand or to the top of your library. The combo is very mana intensive, but due to the deck's extra turn capabilities, ramp abilities, and control-oriented gameplan, getting enough mana is very achievable. This combo can be assembled off a single [[Mystical Tutor]] or [[Personal Tutor]] by taking the following steps:
Keep in mind that with this setup, [[Pako, Arcane Retriever]] plays the important role of "fetching" the tutor targets off the top of your library (good boy!). [[Haldan, Avid Arcanist]] must be in play for this to work. Alternatively, [[Solve the Equation]] does an excellent job of skipping the whole "have your commanders in play" business and allows you to execute the combo without them (it's more mana intensive though, of course).
There are other ways to set up the combo too:
[[Underworld Breach]] combos with [[Lion's Eye Diamond]] and [[Brain Freeze]] to mill everyone out. Two of these cards are good in the deck, and [[Brain Freeze]] is really the only dud card added to make this combo work. Since it's only 1 dud card, it's worth including because it gives the deck another option to win the game without [[Pako, Arcane Retriever]].
Prolonging the Game
Since this is basically a control deck, you want the game to go as long as possible. The commanders will generate a large amount of card advantage, which will let you interact enough to stop people from winning too early. Meanwhile, you will be ramping very hard in order to be able to play all the extra cards.
Card Discussion
Other Notes
Don't kill someone if you need their cards! Taking out one player makes [[Pako, Arcane Retriever]] worse because it will cap your maximum draw potential at only 3 extra cards per combat instead of 4. Taking out a player who owns many exiled cards with fetch counters on them is also detrimental because you will no longer be able to use those cards at all.
