Burn baby burn. This is my 17 Bolt pauper burn. This deck is low and fast and should immediately put a clock on your opponent. You will play almost every card in this deck for a single mana. Perilous Myr will be your only consistent 2 drop, but is worth it for a base 2 dmg when it dies on its own, and especially worth it when it turns your Collateral Damage into a Lava Axe! And at the top end, you may end up paying 3 to flashback Faithless Looting.
Lands: straightforward 16 mountains; 2 Forgotten Caves to either cycle early game or easily sack late game for a Shard Volley finish.
Creatures: Fanatical Firebrand for a hasty T1 threat you can sack for a dmg if needed or sack for Collateral Damage; Myr Servitor is a great recursive threat/board presence, the multiple copies are prime for discarding to Faithless Looting; Perilous Myr is a Shock in a body, prime for Collateral Damage
Spells: Collateral Damage is a conditional Lightning Bolt, made more potent when sacking a Perilous Myr for 2 more damage, or Goblin Arsonist for an additional damage; Faithless Looting helps draw through the deck, and helps us set up some combo plays like discarding Myr Servitor to get them onto the battlefield for free, or discard Fiery Temper to turn it into another Lightning Bolt; Fiery Temper is another conditional Lightning Bolt, but we can always hard cast it later in the game if need be; Flaring Pain gets us through any fog effects either hard cast or flashback for 1; Lightning Bolt is our staple burn; Needle Drop adds to our burn and cantrips; Rift Bolt is our third conditional Lightning Bolt, most likely suspended for 1, but can be hard cast; Shard Volley is an intended finisher, but can also be yet another Lightning Bolt in a pinch.
Artifacts: Feldon's Cane restocks our library if all of our burn somehow doesn't finish off the game.
Sideboard: Electrickery to board wipe, kill tokens/weenies; another Flaring Pain for anti-fog and mitigate life-gaining decks; Pyroblast for blue hate; SMash to Smithereens for artifact hate; Tormod's Crypt for graveyard hate; and Welding Jar to regen our Feldon's Cane if we're getting milled or just need to recycle our graveyard multiple times.
