Budget Hallar Deck (fletching that dollar) (EDH / Commander)

The goal of this deck is to stay under the total price of $50. Hallar, the Firefletcher plays like a Voltron/Burn deck that looks to put counters on Hallar and then burn the table when you cast a kicked spell. Often the deck likes to win by burning the table thanks to Hallar's ability, but it cannot be ignored that it can also win though combat damage since Hallar has trample. Because it doesn't matter how she gets her counters you can double the counters, swing for combat damage, then fallow up with a kicked spell often leading to lethal damage. 5/1/24 - After playing this deck several time i have found some key flaws for the deck. the deck can suffer from needing lots of mana at times, or that it hasn't gotten to its card draw pieces and may stall out. several kicker spells were added in order to try and chain kickers and because Hallar will be targeted I have added a few creatures that will do damage when a noncreature spell is played to try and keep refilling the hand or to whittle down opponents.
