Budget Hallar Deck (fletching that dollar) (EDH / Commander) [Revision 13]

The goal of this deck is to be SUPER BUDGET deck that only had cards that are $.79 or less. I have been watching a lot of "Quest for the Janklord" in the past few days and decided to make one of my budget decks even jankier. Hallar, the Firefletcher plays like a Voltron/Burn deck that looks to put counters on Hallar and then burn the table when you cast a kicked spell. Often the deck likes to win by burning the table thanks to Hallar's ability, but it cannot be ignored that it can also can win though combat damage since Hallar has trample. Because it doesn't matter how she gets her counters you can double the counters, swing for combat damage, then fallow up with a kicked spell often leading to lethal damage. So what cant this deck do? well... it has power but lacks the card draw needed to run away with the game. Many of the good card draw cards in my $50 deck had to be replaced with less effective card draw. Except for Snake Umbra. If you can cast Hallar, the FireFletcher + Snake Umbra + kicked spell = three cards. Still wish i had Keen sense in the deck.
