Elf Combo (EDH / Commander)

Originally a re-tuned Guided by Nature pre-con deck: I took inspiration from CommanderPatsy's build over the years offering my own take and play style.

This is my absolute favorite commander deck. Every game feels fresh and exciting, offering multiple win conditions. Big creatures with trample, armies of elves, combo, infect. Like to go infinite? Cast everything for free at flash speeds while you bounce and tutor your counter-proof winning play. Ezuri and his gang have you covered.

Cavern of Souls and War Room are obvious includes over the basic Forest. Expedition Map has the same mana cost as Elvish Guidance, offering a tutor for Gaea's Cradle, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, or Wirewood Lodge. In most cases it nets more mana by including non-elves or the same benefit at worst. There are enough, better, mana-generating creatures and lands for Mirror of the Forebears Mirage Mirror over Incubation Druid. I prefer the immediate, cost-effective game winning benefit of a Natural Order + Craterhoof Behemoth rather than Summoner's Pact.
