Superfriends deck aiming to protect yourself and your PW until you can drown everyone with value. If the game goes for too long or you're facing imminent death, you do a Walking Ballista + Heliod, Sun-Crowned combo to machine gun the table (I took out Vraska the Unseen and Vraska, Relic Seeker to make place for this combo as I never got to use neither). Heliod goes nicely with Atraxa as it gives her counters to proliferate and grow massive.
I'd say this is the "optimized" category with a power level around 7-8 (7.5 ?).
PW are not classified into the other section as they can fill multiple roles at times while not being always a reliable source of card draw/tutoring/spot or mass removal/etc. I omitted some very nasty PW as I don't really find them enjoyable (Jace, Unraveler of Secrets, Narset Transcendent, Dovin Baan, Sorin Markov).
The chain veil was left out as it felt as a dead card most of the time while the Rings of Brighthearth is considerably more versatile (PWs, Fetchlands, Tap to add counters/proliferate). However, it's always on the "Maybe board" as it can combo off nicely with some adjustments on the deck.
I removed Evolution sage as I don't like having many creatures on board and I've found "enough" Flux Channeler for that role as it allows me to proliferate the moment I counter a spell, cast another walker, remove a threat or make a board wipe.
Ominous seas is being considered as well for the creation of blockers/attackers but it will require a considerable improvement of the existing card draw options.
Also, I've got a self-imposed soft-ban on cards like Humility, Lethal Vapors or Tainted Aether as that would totally oppress my group of friends resulting in unfun games for everyone... I've found that Sharknado (Shark Typhoon) makes great flying blockers for each PW.
